Accounting & Admin Assistant
📍 工作地点 Location: Bendemeer MRT 附近
🕘 工作时间 Working Hours: 每周五天(星期一至星期五)
💰 薪资 Salary: SGD $2000 – $2500(视经验而定)
工作环境舒适,人事简单,每周工作五天,可申请灵活上班时间。年假10天起

工作职责 Job Responsibilities:
• 协助日常账务数据录入和基本会计操作
Assist with daily data entry and basic accounting tasks
• 跟进客户付款及处理应收账款
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments
• 准备与更新管理和客户所需的财务与行政报表
Prepare and update financial and administrative reports for management and clients
• 处理收发邮件、文件归档与资料整理
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, filing, and document organization
• 执行行政工作,如准备报价单、合同和其他相关文件
Perform administrative tasks such as preparing quotations and contracts
• 接听电话、记录留言并提供基本信息
Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide general information
• 每周需外派2-3 次,收取和处理客户现场文件、系统录入等事项
Required to work off-site 2-3 times per week for tasks such as client document handling or system updates
• 完成上级指派的其他工作任务
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned
职位要求 Job Requirements:
• 学历要求:O Level 或以上
Minimum qualification: O Level or above
• 欢迎无经验者申请,公司提供培训
Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided
• 熟练操作 Excel,并具备一般办公软件使用能力
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with MS office software
• 需具备熟练的中英文读写能力
Must have good written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
• 细心、有责任感、积极主动,具备良好学习能力与沟通技巧
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• 具团队合作精神,愿意支持不同的办公室任务
A good team player and able to assist in various office duties
